オーストラリアにきてから早3カ月、すこーーーーーーし英語をかじれたかなという感触です。
はい。本題です。
通ってるメルボルンの語学学校で英語で10分程度、スピーチをする機会を頂いたのでその原稿を公開したいと思います。内容は日本の移民問題に関してです。稚拙な英分ですが、ご容赦いただけますと幸いです。

Today I'd like to talk about "JAPAN Immigration Problem"
At first, I want to talk about my personal story.
I grew up in the countrysisde in Japan.
And I've hardly spokenwith foreigner in Japan.
Why??
Because 98.5% people in Japan are Japanese.
I was studying only with Japanes.
I was competitingonly withJapane.
I was living only with Japanese.
Almost all Japanese people are also like me.
We have hardly spent time with foreigner.

Japan has a big economy and lots of Pop culture.
(anime,manga,sushi,ramen,karate,,,,)
But JAPAN is definetly a closed country!!!!!!!!!

However,JAPAN is changing now.
Japan has a big socitey problem.
Japan is the most high age sociiety in the world.
Many European counties also have this problrm.
But Japan is ovbiously going.
We are really lacking work force.
Honestry, young can't have "hope" in the future.
How to solve? it How to Change our society?

We have two plans.
①Robots work in place of human.
②To accept immigrants.
But Plan① needs more time to improve technology.
So, JAPAN's Prime Minister "Abe" decided to accept "Immigrantion".

2ndly, I am talking about Japanese opinions.
According to the public opinion poll, Japanese opinion is greatly devided.

・We will get work force.Our society will have energy again!!
・It will make synergy by the cross cultural communication.
<The against side>
・Immigrants will alter our clture!
・Public security will be worse.
・Japanese can't live with foreigner.
・Japan is the principle blood.
・Before accepting aiimgration, Goverment should incentivice citizons to improve the birth rate.
・If we accept immigrants, we will lose job.

These are public opinions.
I think Japanese afraid of foreigners because we haven't experienced living with other cultures as much as other globalised societies.

What kind of job can they get?
①nurce care ②building cleaning ③manufacture ④construction firm
⑤hotel,accomodation⑥aglicultuture⑦restaurant⑧other highly technical jobs(professor,,,,,)
What kind of benefit can they get?
・To get high income relative to other country.
・To live in safe enviroment

①Lunguage problem.Japanese is really difficult to learn.
According to Lingiustics, If you usually speak English, you have to study Japanese for at least over 3000h.
(Also Japanese have to study English over 3000h HAHA)
②Immigrants can't rent easily.Why?Japanese don't trsut foreigner.
③Immigrants can't be Japanese.
Definition of Japanese for Japanese people.
1.They were born in Japan
2.They have japanese citiznship
3.They have Japanese blood.
4.Thet have grew up in Japan
Common scence is significantly important in Japan.

Finally, How to commit to this problem?
We decided to accept people from world.
But we don't have ability to accept now.
Our goverment is moving to change this situation.
But definetely Not enough!!!!
I think citizens should stand up and we should act ourselves for this problem.
I will began "NPO" for immigrants in Japan.
It purpose is to help learning lunguage, searching Job and communicating with neigher Japanese.
They will need to help from Japanese neighbours.
My action is too small against whole the problem.

If you want to change the situation, you should stand up and act yourself!
